I just wanted to give some positive feedback about the two gentleman who carried out this job yesterday. They were both excellent and myself and the tenant were very happy with the work they did and also their attitude and approach to working with the resident, who was embarrassed about condition of his home environment. They both worked incredibly hard and myself and the resident thought they did an excellent job, the results from the cleaning and tidying are wonderful and the resident has said today he “feels so happy that his home is so much nicer now”. I also thought they both had a really caring and understanding approach with the resident, they made sure to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing at the start, they kept him informed throughout what they were doing and involved him in the whole process. They were respectful and polite and happy to answer his questions and made him feel at ease, and they helped turn what could have been a difficult process into a pleasant experience – despite his initial reluctance and anxiety, he said he’s glad the work was done.

The guys were very polite, friendly and professional in their whole attitude. They worked very hard & did a great job!- Can’t commend them enough!
